Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' health and well-being through effective communication and clinical skills.

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition.
• Assist with pain management strategies and provide ostomy care as needed.
• Perform venipuncture and assist with laboratory tests.
• Conduct IV infusions and ensure proper documentation of all medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.

Skills

• Proficiency in pain management techniques.
• Experience with ostomy care procedures.
• Familiarity with medical office operations and protocols.
• Background in emergency room settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of home community care practices.
• Competence in venipuncture and laboratory procedures.
• Ability to perform IV infusion therapy effectively.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
• Excellent skills in medical documentation and record keeping.
