Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The TangoShift app is easy to use! Here’s how it works:

First, create an account, upload the required credentials so they can be verified. Once the verification process is complete, you’ll be able to browse through hundreds of PRN CNA, LPN or RN shifts near you. It’s that simple.

Here’s why you might want to consider working PRN shifts instead.

With PRN shifts, you set your own schedule, allowing yourself maximum flexibility, and by using the TangoShift app, you can also find PRN CNA, LPN or RN shifts you actually want to work — in facilities you prefer with the pay you prefer.

The TangoShift app is one of the largest and most powerful PRN platforms in the industry built by people that live and breathe the nursing world. Join the thousands of independent professionals using it to connect directly with facilities that post available PRN shifts!

Using the  TangoShift app provides you with the kind of flexibility you won’t find in part or full-time CNA, LPN or RN jobs. That’s because you are in full control of your schedule and can choose how you receive your payments.

• There are no minimum hours or required shifts

• You request the shifts that work for you

• You can filter PRN shifts by location, facility type, rate and shift time

• You can see exciting rates when shifts are boosted.

• You can choose to be paid by the facility immediately after they verify your shift or weekly via direct deposit
