We are looking for licensed nurses, with rehabilitation and subacute experience to work on our busy, high-paced rehab floor.

Experience and/or certifications with IVs, trachs, complex wounds, and drains are necessary to be successful on this floor. Previous hospital experience is a plus.

Base Pay

• $26.64–$28.64 per hour

Earn More with Shift Differentials

• Evening & Night Shifts: $30.64–$32.64 per hour
• Weekend Day Shifts: $29.64–$31.64 per hour
• Weekend Evening & Night Shifts: $33.64–$35.64 per hour

Pay-in-Lieu Option

• $31.64–$33.64 per hour

Shift differentials are not available for employees who elect the Pay-in-Lieu option.

LPN Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens
• Provide care in accordance with each resident’s individualized Care Plan
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety
• Provide quality care to residents on a fast-paced rehabilitation and subacute floor
• Monitor and provide care for residents with complex clinical needs

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Rehabilitation and/or subacute nursing experience preferred
• Experience with IVs, trachs, complex wounds, and drains necessary for success on this floor
• Relevant certifications for complex clinical care preferred
• Previous hospital experience is a plus
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
