Key Responsibilities:

• Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with attention to detail and compassion.
• Individualized Care Plans: Customize care to meet each resident’s unique needs, ensuring the best outcomes.
• Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required—we welcome eager, dedicated professionals.
