Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role: Specialty LPN – Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients and their families in a collaborative clinical environment.
• Support pediatric providers by performing assessments, obtaining vital signs, administering medications and immunizations, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with procedures.
• Accurately document all clinical activities in the EMR and reinforce care plans.
• Deliver clear education and guidance to parents and caregivers to promote understanding and compliance.
• Participate in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure with pediatric care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and patient education skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a compassionate, innovative culture.
