Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications and treatments
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team
Qualifications
- Active LPN license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
