Position Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Charge Nurse to lead and support nursing staff while providing high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and leadership skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to effectively coordinate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans and daily nursing operations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Previous Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
