Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing routine vital signs, and conducting treatments as ordered by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Identify and report changes in patient status to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
• Participate in shifts as scheduled, including evening and weekend hours
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
