About SALMON Health and Retirement

For more than 70 years, SALMON Health and Retirement has proudly served Massachusetts families as a family-owned and operated organization committed to exceptional care, meaningful relationships, and a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

What Makes SALMON Health and Retirement Unique

Our Natick campus is home to three exceptional programs that serve individuals and families across generations: Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, and the SALMON Center for Early Education. Together, these programs create a one-of-a-kind community where compassion, collaboration, and connection are part of everyday life.

Beaumont Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is a 51-bed skilled nursing community where residents receive individualized, relationship-centered care. Our smaller size allows our team to truly know our residents, work collaboratively, and make a meaningful difference every day.

Your Mission

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Beaumont, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while helping ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, communicate changes to the appropriate members of the care team, and work closely with nursing assistants and other clinical professionals.

Your clinical judgment, dependability, and resident-centered approach will help us maintain an exceptional standard of care across evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate significant changes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, nursing assistants, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and support CNAs while promoting responsive and compassionate resident care.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Follow all applicable clinical, state, federal, and facility requirements.
  • Respond to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism, sound judgment, and compassion.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Dependability and the ability to work the posted rotating schedule.
  • A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Why You’ll Love Working at SALMON

  • Consistent two-week rotating schedule.
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Supportive, family-oriented workplace.
  • Meaningful work where you can make a positive impact every day.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Employee Assistance Program offering confidential support for emotional well-being, financial wellness, legal resources, and family care.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Referral bonus program, including enhanced referral bonuses for eligible nursing positions.

A Culture You’ll Love

At SALMON, employee engagement is part of who we are. Throughout the year, we recognize and celebrate our team through appreciation events, holiday celebrations, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and fun campus activities that bring employees together.

We believe a positive workplace starts with employees who feel valued, supported, and connected, and we are proud to foster a culture where people enjoy coming to work every day.
