Licensed Practical Nurse – PRN

This nursing position supports, implements, and monitors patient care in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements include being licensed by the state, graduating from an approved nursing program, and obtaining BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Work experience in patient care delivery and proficiency with equipment such as computer systems, telemetry, language line, and medication systems are desired.

Physical demands involve prolonged standing, lifting patients up to 250 lbs, and communication skills in English.

Key responsibilities include revising individualized care plans, assisting with patient teaching and discharge, performing treatments independently, and ensuring safe medication handling.

Monitoring patient conditions, documenting accurately, maintaining a healing environment, and demonstrating professionalism are essential.

Additional duties involve staff development, effective communication, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
