Licensed Practical Nurse - Suburban Illinois

Essential Duties

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $30.00 Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD). DCFS clearance required.

General basic nursing and medical terminology knowledge. Must have knowledge of substance abuse pathology. Must have knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations.
