Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Hayes Residence – Highland Park, St. Paul, MN

Hayes Residence is a 40-bed, non-skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for residents living with primary mental health diagnoses. We’re seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! As part of a smaller organization, you’ll enjoy the benefits of accessible management and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both residents and staff.

Position Overview

The LPN provides high-quality nursing care and leadership during assigned shifts, ensuring resident needs are met in accordance with facility policies and standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Apply facility policies in directing nursing assistants and addressing resident care needs
• Exercise independent judgment in clinical decision-making to ensure compliance with care standards
• Serve as Charge Nurse during assigned shifts—delegate duties, respond to emergencies, and ensure adherence to policies
• Contribute input to improve nursing procedures and overall workflow efficiency

1 Temp Role Positions:

• 1 NOC Temp position 10:45pm-7:15am
• Temp shifts: 10/31/2026 to 1/23/2026

(On-call shifts as needed depending on facility staffing need.)

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Basic computer proficiency
• Compassionate, caring demeanor
• Commitment to teamwork and resident-centered care
• Experience with mental health populations preferred
