Looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to deliver legal documents in the Bozeman and surrounding areas. Pay is commission based, and schedule is flexible. Need a reliable vehicle. Smart phone, computer, scanner and printer are needed. We will provide a printer/scanner if needed.

If you are already licensed to serve papers in Montana that is a plus.

Summary

As a Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents and ensuring compliance with court orders. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal entities. Your core skills in courier services will be essential for timely and accurate document delivery. Additionally, having strong organizational skills will support the management of legal paperwork. The candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of navigating complex legal environments, contributing to the efficiency and integrity of the legal process.

Must be 18 years of age or older, have current driver's license, insurance. Will need to pass background check and drug test.

• Serve legal documents to individuals in a timely manner, ensuring proper delivery and adherence to legal protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all documents served and file necessary paperwork with relevant authorities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals to clarify instructions and provide updates on the status of service.
• Manage transportation logistics to ensure efficient routing and delivery of documents.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
