We are looking for someone to join our mental health team as a Licensed Professional Counselor, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate mental health and behavioral care. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse client populations, including children, families, couples and individuals or allows you to be more focused on your population of choice. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will utilize your expertise in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral therapies to promote recovery and resilience. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure patient safety during acute episodes or emergencies.
• Facilitate motivational interviewing techniques to motivate behavioral change and enhance treatment engagement.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical records (EMR), adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent credential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and case management effectively.

Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour
