Juniper Counseling and Wellness is a vibrant, client-centered private practice dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We are currently seeking motivated, empathetic, and skilled Counselors to join our team in full-time and part-time capacities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or group counseling to a diverse client population.Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Engage in ongoing case consultation, supervision (if needed), and team meetings.
• Deliver services using evidence-based modalities and culturally responsive approaches.
• Collaborate with community partners and participate in professional development.
• Maintain ethical standards and all licensure requirements.
• Requirements: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Active and unencumbered state licensure or associate license (LPC or comparable).
• Experience in clinical mental health counseling (private practice experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing inclusive, client-focused care and building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
