As we continue to grow, we're looking for an independently licensed therapist to join our team.

About the Position

We're seeking a compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is currently credentialed with insurance providers. The ideal candidate is someone who values clinical autonomy, approaches clients with curiosity and compassion, and enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative environment. We welcome clinicians with diverse therapeutic approaches and areas of specialization who are committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients using evidence-based, client-centered approaches.
• Complete clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Maintain timely progress notes and records in accordance with ethical, legal, and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals when appropriate to support continuity of care.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Participate in team communication, consultation, and collaborative practice initiatives as appropriate.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license with independent clinical practice privileges.
• Master's degree in psychology, social worker, or counseling related field.
• Current credentialing and participation with one or more health insurance networks.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and compassionate client care.

Preferred:

• Experience working with diverse client populations and presenting concerns.
• Specialized training in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, relationships, or other clinical areas.
• Interest in contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and growing practice.

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
