Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Remote

Micgra Psych is a growing behavioral health practice providing individualized, patient-centered mental health care through telehealth. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) licensed in Washington State and/or Oregon to join our clinical team.

This is a remote, contract position providing counseling services to patients through secure telehealth appointments.

Duties:

• Conduct mental health assessments and clinical evaluations as appropriate
• Provide individualized individual, couples, family, or group counseling services
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients’ clinical needs
• Provide ongoing counseling, emotional support, and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team when appropriate
• Comply with HIPAA and applicable federal and state regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active LPC license in Washington State and/or Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience
• Experience providing behavioral health services via telehealth preferred
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including adults and older adults
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the clinical team
• Must be comfortable providing services through a telehealth platform

Work Authorization & Location Requirements:

• Must live in the United States
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Currently recruiting clinicians licensed in Washington State and/or Oregon
• Position is 100% remote/telehealth

Compensation:

• Competitive contract compensation
• Flexible scheduling
