Licensed Project Mechanical Manager

We are looking for an experienced and licensed Project Mechanical Manager to lead and oversee mechanical engineering activities from project initiation through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project site management skills, extensive mechanical engineering experience, and expertise in project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer / Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 10 years of overall professional experience in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager handling mechanical projects.
• Strong experience in project site management and supervision of mechanical works.
• Proficient in project management and engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in cost control, project scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Willing to work on project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical engineering activities from project initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical works.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Manage project risks, changes, and variations related to the mechanical scope of work.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project owners, contractors, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site activities to ensure that mechanical installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Monitor project costs, manpower, materials, equipment, and procurement requirements to support efficient project delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, site concerns, and coordination conflicts that may affect project progress.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly reports, monthly reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure that mechanical works are completed according to approved plans, contractual requirements, quality standards, and target completion dates.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the mechanical project team to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php66,000.00 per month
