Position Overview
PAHMA seeks to recruit a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to conduct comprehensive evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions. This role operates under a competitive pay-per-report model, granting you substantial control over your schedule, workload, and earning potential. It is an ideal opportunity for independent practitioners aiming to supplement their income or clinicians desiring full scheduling autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and developmental assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools (such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, and cognitive/executive functioning measures).
• Compose objective, timely, and high-quality psychological evaluation reports that include clear diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Perform feedback sessions with clients, parents, or caregivers to discuss evaluation results.
• Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health record platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered license as a Psychologist in [Insert State] to practice independently.
• Experience:
• Proven proficiency in administering and scoring comprehensive autism evaluations.
• Familiarity with gold-standard diagnostic instruments (e.g., ADOS-2).
• Skills: Exceptional clinical writing skills, meticulous attention to deadlines, and the capacity to communicate complex diagnostic findings with clarity.
