Role Overview:

IMPERFECTLY Tech invites applications from qualified and appropriately registered psychologists across all states, cities, and regions of India to join our growing professional network.

We welcome professionals from diverse psychological disciplines, specializations, and linguistic backgrounds who are committed to ethical practice and improving access to mental healthcare.

This is a flexible, freelance/contract / part-time / full time based opportunity for professionals interested in providing psychological services and participating in relevant clinical, corporate, educational, and community wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group psychological consultations or counselling within your professional scope.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations, where qualified and authorized.
• Develop and implement appropriate, evidence-based intervention plans.
• Support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional difficulties, and other mental health concerns within your area of expertise.
• Participate in corporate EAPs, employee wellness programs, school mental health initiatives, workshops, and psychoeducation sessions.
• Contribute to specialized psychological programs and digital mental health initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, confidentiality, informed consent, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to support coordinated and client-centered care.
• Use relevant digital tools for appointments, referrals, scheduling, and client engagement, as applicable.
• Train the juniors, learn from seniors. And grow with the concepts of Imperfectly for the changing trends and requirements of Corporates, campuses, and communities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A recognized diploma / degree and super-specialization in Psychology or a relevant specialized discipline.
• Valid registration, licensure, or professional credentials wherever required under applicable regulations.
• Relevant professional experience based on the services and assignments undertaken.
• Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and client-management skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychological approaches and ethical practice.
• Proficiency in one or more Indian languages is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively through digital platforms.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professional boundaries, and client-centered care.
• We expect you to be tech savvy, or else we will teach you.
