What they need

Clinical Autonomy. Meaningful Referrals. Competitive Compensation. Collaborative and Professional Community. Growth and Leadership Opportunities.

Bridges Therapy & Wellness Center is an established outpatient mental health practice with more than a decade of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking experienced licensed clinicians for a full-time or part-time position.

At Bridges, you can build a caseload aligned with your clinical expertise and professional interests, work both independently and collaboratively while focusing on providing excellent care without having to manage bothersome administrative details.

We welcome licensed psychologists, LCSWs, and other licensed mental health professionals who value clinical excellence, professional independence, and thoughtful collaboration.

Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred, and we welcome clinicians with a range of clinical backgrounds and specialties. Scheduling is flexible, with a strong preference for evening and/or Saturday availability to meet client needs.

Why Experienced Clinicians Choose Bridges

Competitive Compensation

In addition to our competitive compensation, our fee structure includes opportunities for additional quarterly bonuses based on our tiered compensation structure with a 75/25 fee split. We aim to provide a clear path for clinicians to increase their earnings as the practice grows.

Clinical Autonomy and Collegial Support

Practice independently while remaining connected to a team of experienced professionals. Monthly staff meetings and collaborative case consultations provide opportunities to discuss clinical questions, exchange perspectives, and learn from colleagues. Individual supervision is available where applicable. We value clinicians who exercise sound judgment and welcome thoughtful collaboration without unnecessary oversight.

Professional Growth and Leadership Opportunities

Continue developing your clinical interests through professional development and collaboration with colleagues. Clinicians interested in expanding their responsibilities may have opportunities to supervise pre-licensed clinicians, where qualified.

An Established Practice and Referral Support

Bridges provides the administrative infrastructure, referral development, and targeted marketing that support a successful clinical practice. Our goal is to connect clients with clinicians whose expertise and interests best fit their needs, allowing you to devote more of your time to clinical work rather than managing intrusive administrative details.

Community Involvement

We organize quarterly community service projects that allow interested team members to contribute to the broader community and environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Experience with OCD and ERP or trauma-informed care preferred
  • Certification in EMDR or trauma training a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to practice

Benefits:

  • Excellent fee-for-service compensation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, subject to position and eligibility requirements
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • Access to employee-funded AFLAC supplemental insurance
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match, subject to position and eligibility requirements
  • On-site gym membership
  • Targeted marketing to work with your ideal client caseload
  • Professional development and opportunities for expanded clinical responsibilities
