We are a South Florida luxury real estate and vacation rental company, led by a founder with 25 years in the business. We are building a strong team of agents and looking for one standout person to grow with us.

This is for someone sharp and driven who wants more than a desk at a brokerage. You will work side by side with the founder, learn every part of the business, and step into a bigger role over time as we take the company into its next chapter.

What you will do

• Assist clients in buying, selling and leasing residential properties, with expert guidance through the entire transaction
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers and terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients, in accordance with Fair Housing regulations
• Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and spot trends that affect client decisions
• Manage every part of the transaction, including documentation, compliance and communication, through a smooth closing
• Develop and run targeted marketing campaigns across digital platforms and social media to attract buyers, sellers and owners
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and personalized service
• Use CRM systems and technology to organize contacts, track interactions and nurture leads

Who we are looking for

• An active Florida real estate license is ideal
• Strong in sales and a true team player
• Very savvy in marketing and social media
• Very comfortable with computers and new technology
• Proven negotiation skills, from first offer through closing
• Organized and able to manage several deals at once while keeping service high
• Additional languages are a plus
• Professional, polished and ready to grow with us long term

Compensation is commission based.
