TRANSACTION COORDINATORS

Our transaction coordinators are designed to remove approximately 90% of the administrative transaction workload from your plate on buyer and seller transactions.

Less paperwork. (No Paperwork! Can you imagine!?!?)

Less chasing signatures. (Done for you)

Less tracking deadlines. (Done for you)

More time working with clients and building your business. (Just do the shiny stuff!)

CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY

We provide a technology stack designed to help agents manage leads, clients, communication, marketing, transactions, and their business.

We believe our technology and systems are significantly ahead of what most traditional brokerages provide.

FACE-TO-FACE MENTORSHIP

You'll receive face-to-face training and mentorship from a broker who is actively selling real estate and producing at a 7-figure level or higher.

You're learning from someone who is still listing properties, working with buyers and sellers, negotiating contracts, solving problems and building a real estate business.

NO ADDITIONAL BROKERAGE FEES (I hate fees! I bet you do too)

We believe your brokerage should earn its part of the split by providing real value.

We don't want to nickel-and-dime our agents with a long list of additional brokerage fees.

COMPENSATION

We offer multiple commission options depending on the source of business and your production.

Company Lead Program: 50/50 split (only on leads we give you that we had to pay for)

Your Self Generated Business - 70/30 until you hit $2M - 90/10 after that

Cap: $18,000 (Which we will overwhelm with how many leads we will give you)

After the cap: 90/10

Additional brokerage fees: None

We believe agents should know exactly how their compensation works and what they're receiving in return for their brokerage relationship.
