Licensed Real Estate Agent

Certainly Sold is a Florida real estate brokerage based in Lake Mary, serving buyers and sellers throughout Seminole County and Central Florida. We're adding licensed agents who want to build their own business with direct broker support and a simple, transparent fee structure.

COMPENSATION (COMMISSION ONLY)

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only position. There is no salary or hourly pay.

• Self-generated transactions: agent keeps 100% of the commission, minus a flat $874 per closing ($797 transaction fee + $77 E&O)

• No monthly brokerage fee, no annual fee, no cap

• Optional company-provided leads, paid on a separate split disclosed in writing before you sign. Lead volume is not guaranteed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with buyers and sellers in Seminole County and surrounding Central Florida areas

• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

• Prepare and present offers, contracts, and listing agreements

• Coordinate transactions from contract to closing with lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents

• Generate business through your sphere, referrals, and prospecting

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Florida real estate sales associate or broker license in good standing

• Reliable transportation, computer, and smartphone

• Strong communication and follow-up habits

• Comfortable with commission-based income
