If you are a licensed agent currently selling approximately 5-10 homes per year and know you are capable

of more, the Brandenburg Crew is looking for someone like you. You may have the talent and drive to build a much bigger business, but inconsistent income, limited lead flow, lack of structure, or trying to do

everything yourself can make it difficult to reach the next level.

A Base Salary So You Can Go All-In

We are willing to invest in the right agent with a base salary plus commission opportunity. The purpose of

the salary is simple: give you financial stability so you can make real estate your full-time focus instead of

splitting your attention with another job or constantly worrying about your next commission check.

The salary provides stability. Your production provides the upside.

Our Goal: Help You Grow From 5-10 Transactions to 20+ and Beyond

You already know how to work with buyers and sellers and get transactions to closing. Our job is to give you a stronger platform to build on. We provide leads and appointment opportunities, sales training and

coaching, proven systems, daily structure, accountability, and the support of an experienced real estate

team. That allows you to spend more of your time on the activities that create results: talking with prospects, following up, meeting buyers and sellers, showing homes, taking listings, writing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions.

What We Provide

• Base Salary + Commission: Financial stability without eliminating the opportunity to earn more as your

• Leads &; Opportunities: Our team invests in creating opportunities. Your responsibility is to work them consistently and professionally.

• Training & Coaching: Improve lead conversion, follow-up, buyer consultations, listing presentations,

objection handling, negotiation, and repeat/referral business.

• Structure & Systems: A clear plan for the activities that drive production instead of starting each day

wondering what to work on.

• Accountability: Clear goals and measurable expectations around conversations, appointments, contracts,

and closings.

Who We Are Looking For

This opportunity is designed for an agent who already has an active real estate license, has closed

transactions, and is currently producing approximately 5-10 sales per year but wants substantially more. You should be coachable, competitive, goal-oriented, willing to follow proven systems, comfortable with

accountability, and committed to consistent prospecting and follow-up.
