Licensed Real Estate Agent

Join a growing team in a down market! Have your real estate license and looking for some hands on experience? This role is very specific and your responsibilities are clearly defined. Entry into real estate sales can be a cumbersome process with no clear direction from your broker. It does not have to be that way. Learn how to tip toe into the business by gaining experience as you learn specific roles.

Responsibilities for Agent:

• Onboarding buyer and seller leads using team systems
• Working with buyers and sellers throughout the different phases of the purchase process (cultivate, active, under agreement, post closing)
• Work with transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction for client
• Using proven lead generation systems, obtain high quality referrals from your sphere of influence

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Weekend availability is a must
• Proficient in online systems (slack, gmail suite etc.)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Real Estate license required

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
