Duties

• Assist clients throughout the entire home buying or selling process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to advise clients on current trends and property values
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure the best terms for clients
• Manage client communication with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness to foster trust and satisfaction
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote listings across various online platforms
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documentation
• Stay informed about real estate law, licensing requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and ethical conduct

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in Tennessee
• Proven experience in real estate sales, residential transactions, or related roles with administrative support skills
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
• Deep understanding of real estate law, market analysis techniques, and offer negotiation strategies
• Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and real estate client management software
• Organizational skills necessary to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
