Responsibilities

• Guide clients through residential real estate transactions from initial consultation to closing, ensuring smooth and successful deals
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients effectively
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication and understanding client needs throughout the process
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms, increasing visibility and engagement
• Manage client relationships using real estate client management tools, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized service
• Stay updated on real estate law, local regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and informed decision-making

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in good standing with practicing real estate experience
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures
• Deep understanding of the residential real estate market analysis and sales processes
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and real estate software applications
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing administrative tasks and client files
• Knowledge of real estate law, legal documentation, and ethical standards governing practice in the industry
• Prior experience with real estate administrative tasks, offer negotiations, and client communication is preferred
