Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs
• Educate clients on life insurance and available financial strategies
• Present appropriate solutions and assist clients throughout the application process
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
• Build toward leadership and agency ownership opportunities

Qualifications

• DFW-area candidates preferred
• In-person interviews preferred for candidates located in the DFW area
• An active Life Insurance License is preferred, but not required
• Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
• Willingness to follow the required training schedule and professional development process
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, establish rapport, and build trust with clients
• Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and other online business tools
• Willing and able to participate in weekly training sessions
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States
• Remote opportunities are available nationwide for qualified candidates outside the DFW area
