Licensed Security Guards Needed

Job Overview

Duties

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and implement appropriate measures.
• Oversee surveillance activities, including monitoring CCTV systems to prevent loss and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed to address security concerns or incidents on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and safety drills for compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Arizona Guard Card.
• Must be 100 % drug-free. This includes THC, CBD and Marijuana. You will be tested at the time of interview.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and loss prevention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Must be good with computers and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time and get in and out of vehicle without issues.
• Be able to work outside during inclement weather conditions, including Arizona's extreme summer heat
• Be able to accept occasional overtime hours (remaining on post after scheduled shift ends, arriving early, or accepting a post on an 'Off' day)

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
