Licensed Senior Project Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Licensed) — Industrial Projects

We are currently looking for a Registered Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage mechanical activities from project initiation to completion.

Job Description:

• Handle design and estimation work for mechanical projects.
• Prepare permit drawings and documents, including PEZA requirements.
• Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical activities from project initiation to completion.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical works.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Manage project risks, changes, and variations within the mechanical scope.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, owners, and mechanical teams.
• Supervise manpower professionally and ensure on-site work meets quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
• Willing to work across different project sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Mechanical Engineering course.
• Registered and Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• 3–5 years of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
• Proficient in project management and engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in supervising actual mechanical works and industrial projects.
• Able to create and understand technical diagrams and design ideas.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Knowledgeable in CAD programs.
• Expertise in cost control, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
