Licensed Senior Project Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• Preferably with at least 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in construction, industrial, or project-based environments.
• Proficient in project management and engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in the supervision and execution of actual mechanical works and industrial projects.
• Able to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings, diagrams, and design concepts.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in CAD programs.
• Experienced in cost control, project scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work occasional overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work at different project sites as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle mechanical design and estimation works.
• Prepare permit drawings and technical documents, including PEZA requirements.
• Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical activities from project initiation to completion.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and manpower requirements for mechanical works.
• Supervise mechanical personnel, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Manage project risks, changes, and variations related to the mechanical scope.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project owners, contractors, and mechanical teams.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly reports, monthly reports, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, procurement, quality, and overall progress.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related concerns.
• Ensure mechanical works comply with approved plans, specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
• Ensure proper coordination and timely completion of mechanical works from construction through project turnover.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
