LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER

The Social Worker will provide support to individuals and families in need, offering counseling, resources, and advocacy to improve their well-being. The role involves assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• At least 2 years of Social Work Experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in case management and counseling techniques.
• Knowledge of relevant social services and community resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluate clients’ needs and circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and care plans.
• Provide counseling, emotional support, and appropriate referrals within the scope of professional licensure.
• Coordinate case management services and connect clients with relevant community resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant client documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on identified needs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, access to services, and overall well-being.
• Comply with applicable clinical, ethical, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
