Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment.
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and product usage to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, energetic salon atmosphere that promotes teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Trades License required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in hair styling & colouring with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs.
• A passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous learning.

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
