Licensed Technician

Jaguar Land Rover Ottawa is looking for a dedicated Licensed Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. Key Responsibilities:

• Examine vehicles based on customer requests or concerns
• Perform basic maintenance, including changing motor oil, rotating tires, installing tires, and checking fluid levels
• Diagnose mechanical problems by using our JLR diagnostic tools
• Perform repairs thoroughly and accurately in a time-effective manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times with professional cleanliness and procedures when customer vehicles are entering and/or exiting the shop.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain shop conditions to a professional standard.
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• A Licensed Automotive Technician with a passion for providing top-notch service.
• An energetic team player who thrives in a professional and collaborative environment.
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
