Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. • Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating medical terminology, HIPAA compliance standards, and medical documentation best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain detailed medical records and documentation of patient progress in accordance with clinical research protocols and CPT coding requirements.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with current certification in good standing.
• Proven experience in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or behavioral health settings with a focus on working with children or individuals with disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10).
• Experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, and trauma-informed care including PTSD care.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions such as chronic pain counseling, addiction counseling, grief counseling, gender issues counseling, and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology platforms along with excellent patient assessment skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $89,895.31 per year
