Licensed Therapist

The Recovery Village is a nationwide behavioral health treatment network focused on evidence-based care for addiction and mental health conditions. Our teams work to support patients through treatment that is compassionate, clinically grounded, and centered on long-term recovery.

In this role, you will help deliver meaningful therapeutic support to adults in a residential treatment environment, contributing to care that is collaborative, patient-focused, and responsive to each individual's recovery journey. You will play an important part in helping patients build stability, develop coping strategies, and move forward with a clear plan for continued care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation with support from Heather AI
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active Missouri therapist license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LSW, or MFTC
• Experience providing individual and group therapy
• Experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Experience working with adult patients and supporting individuals with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Availability to work Sundays through Thursdays 8am-4:30pm and one weekday evening until 6:00pm
• Experience providing therapy in residential, PHP, or IOP treatment settings is preferred
