Be Present Therapy and Wellness

$50–$70 per hour

Be Present Therapy and Wellness is looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our growing practice. We are seeking a motivated, dedicated clinician who enjoys working with adolescents and adults and is comfortable treating clients with multiple diagnoses. We encourage and promote continued learning and growth in our practice, supporting our clinicians as they establish their caseload.

We are a women-owned practice in St. Charles known for our specialized expertise in anxiety, OCD, and postpartum care. We are committed to building a team of clinicians who share our values and approach to treatment, while fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes professional growth, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance.

We do NOT require an overwhelming caseload. We value clinicians who practice within their scope of expertise while remaining curious, open to learning, and passionate about growing in areas that align with their professional interests.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Current clinical licensure, such as LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD
• Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults
• Ability to work with clients presenting with multiple diagnoses
• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered care
• Willingness to participate in community collaborations

Preferred Experience

The following experience is a plus:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
• Postpartum/perinatal mental health
• Experience treating complex or multiple diagnoses
