Licensed Therapist

Location: Remote – United States
Position: Part-Time / Contract
Pay: $50 per hour
Hours: Approximately 1–2 hours per day, 3–4 days per week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Therapist to work with our team on a part-time basis and provide clinical feedback on behavioral health treatment plans.

We are developing a technology solution that uses information from an initial assessment to assist in creating a treatment plan. As we continue developing and improving this solution, we want experienced clinician to review the resulting treatment plans and help us make sure they are clinically appropriate, relevant to the assessment, and useful from a therapist perspective.

This is not a full-time position. We are looking for someone who can dedicate approximately 1–2 hours a day, 3–4 days a week. The schedule can be flexible based on your availability.

What You Will Be Doing

The primary responsibility will be reviewing treatment plans based on the information provided in the initial assessment.

You will be asked to:

• Review the assessment information and the associated treatment plan.
• Determine whether the treatment plan appropriately reflects the patient's identified needs and presenting concerns.
• Review treatment goals and objectives for clarity, relevance, and clinical appropriateness.
• Review proposed interventions and identify anything that may need to be changed, added, or removed.
• Point out missing information, inconsistencies, or areas where the treatment plan could be improved.
• Provide clear feedback that our team can use to improve the treatment-planning process.
• Share your clinical perspective on what makes a treatment plan practical and useful for a therapist.

We are looking for someone who can provide honest clinical feedback, including when a treatment plan does not make sense or needs significant improvement.

What We Are Looking For

The right person should have:

• An active U.S. license to practice as a therapist.
• Experience providing behavioral health or mental health services.
• Hands-on experience creating and working with treatment plans.
• A good understanding of clinical assessments, treatment goals, objectives, and interventions.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• The ability to explain clinical concerns clearly and provide practical feedback.
• Experience working with electronic health records is a plus.

Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, IOP, PHP, substance use treatment, or similar settings is helpful.

Time Commitment

Approximately 1–2 hours per day, 3–4 days per week.

This can be a good opportunity for a therapist who is currently practicing and is looking for a flexible additional engagement rather than a traditional full-time position.

Compensation

$50 per hour

This is a part-time contract opportunity.
