Turning Point offers 1099 partnership opportunities for LPC, LCSW, LMFT who want to take ownership of their practice without having to balance everything on their own.

We are NP owned, and understand the barriers you face in the world: community mental health burnout, underpaid agency work, or isolation in private practice — and we’re here to offer another path.

With wrap around business support, user-friendly EHR, a professional office space, you’ll have the tools and freedom to focus on client care. We provide a diverse mix of payors and competitive compensation, fast-track credentialing, and pass 100% of reimbursement increases directly to you. Our therapists consistently earn about 20%-50% more than the average private therapist while maintaining a caseload that works for them.

Set your own hours, make as little or as much money as you want, and have the freedom to work from home or in office.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
