Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide expert clinical services to individuals across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, promote healing, and foster resilience through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy tailored to client needs.
• Provide child & family counseling, youth therapy, and group therapy sessions to support clients’ emotional well-being and developmental progress.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to manage urgent situations effectively, ensuring client safety and stabilization.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ICD coding standards (ICD-9/ICD-10), and clinical ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, patient care coordination, and treatment planning for individuals with co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
• Engage in telehealth therapy sessions utilizing secure EMR/EHR platforms to expand access to mental health services remotely.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with current certification in good standing.
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience working with a variety mental health diagnoses.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms effectively while adhering to HIPAA compliance requirements.
