  • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, case managers, medical providers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure coordinated care.

  • Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of clinical programming and therapeutic curriculum.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related clinical field.
  • Current, active Utah clinical license as an LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT. These are the only licenses accepted for this position.
  • Experience providing clinical treatment to individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health (MH) conditions.
  • Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders, addiction treatment, and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
  • Experience facilitating therapeutic groups and providing individual counseling.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Commitment to maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, ethical conduct, and client confidentiality.
  • Availability to work full-time, including some evening hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of clinical experience working with substance use disorder and mental health treatment populations.
  • Experience in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment settings.
  • Experience working with trauma, relapse prevention, and dual-diagnosis treatment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records, clinical documentation requirements, and medical necessity standards.
