About the Role
Qool Qatar is looking for an experienced and professional Licensed Tour Guide to deliver exceptional guided experiences, with a particular focus on hosting VVIP clients and official delegations. You'll represent the brand with polish, cultural knowledge, and flawless attention to protocol.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead guided tours for clients, VVIPs, and official delegations
• Deliver engaging, accurate commentary on local history, culture, and sites
• Coordinate logistics for high-profile visits, including itineraries, timing, and security considerations
• Liaise with event organizers, government bodies, and protocol teams as needed
• Ensure a seamless, professional experience tailored to VVIP standards
• Handle multilingual communication with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Anticipate client needs and resolve issues calmly and discreetly
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of attractions, routes, and local regulations
• Ensure compliance with tourism licensing and safety requirements

Requirements

• Valid tour guide license (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a tour guide
• Proven experience hosting VVIP clients and official delegations
• Multilingual — fluency in multiple languages required
• Driving license preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Doha/Qatar's culture, history, and key sites
• Ability to maintain discretion and composure in high-profile settings
