Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience; $3.50 weekend and $10 evening shift differential

The Role

We’re looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) who wants to work at the top of their license in a supportive, modern hospital. This is a hands-on role where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care including triage, treatment, monitoring, and recovery
• Assist with surgery, anesthesia, and advanced procedures
• Perform radiology, lab work, and in-house diagnostics
• Collect histories and educate clients on treatment plans
• Support and mentor assistants and students
• Maintain a calm, confident presence in urgent situations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Veterinary Technician in Michigan
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong skills in anesthesia, surgery, radiology, and patient care
• Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable mindset
• Passion for animal care and client communication
