Authentic Collectables produces premium licensed diecast model vehicles, working with leading motorsport teams, manufacturers and automotive brands to create detailed collectables for enthusiasts in Australia and internationally.

From Supercars to Sprintcars, historic race winners and road cars, our products begin with meticulous research, technical accuracy and a commitment to authenticity.

We’re looking for an organised, commercially minded Licensing & Product Development Coordinator to help bring these products to market. You’ll manage submissions and approvals with external brand owners and licensing agents, while working closely with our product development team and international manufacturing partners.

Based in Cockburn Central, this is a hands-on role in a small team where your attention to detail, follow-through and ideas will make a visible difference.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and submit product concepts, artwork, samples, packaging and promotional materials to external brand owners and licensing agents.
• Follow up approvals, communicate feedback and coordinate revisions with designers and suppliers.
• Keep accurate records of approved versions, outstanding actions and production deadlines.
• Maintain licence information, renewal dates and reporting requirements, working with accounts where needed.
• Coordinate samples and supplier responses to keep product development on schedule.
• Help maintain product costings and identify potential margin improvements.
• Research new product and licensing opportunities, preparing practical recommendations for the business owner.
• Help prepare product information and assets for wholesale launches as capacity allows.

What you’ll bring

You might already work in consumer-product licensing, or come from product development, branded merchandise, packaging, artwork production or a similar coordination role.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has managed detailed projects involving external stakeholders and deadlines.
• Follows through consistently and is comfortable chasing a response professionally.
• Notices errors in artwork, documents and product information.
• Writes clear emails and turns feedback into practical next steps.
• Is confident using spreadsheets, tracking costs and maintaining shared project records.
• Enjoys taking responsibility and improving how work gets done.
• Can balance attention to detail with an understanding of commercial priorities.

Experience working for a manufacturer or retailer submitting licensed products to brand owners would be highly regarded. Automotive, motorsport, toy or collectable knowledge would also be useful.

Direct licensing experience is welcome, but we’re open to strong transferable experience. We can teach the right person our licensing portfolio and submission processes.
