Mulk Consultancy is a UAE-based healthcare consultancy that helps doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals get licensed in the UAE. Our services include DHA and DOH license applications, DataFlow verification, license activation, and exam preparation support.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented assistant to handle day-to-day licensing applications and data entry. You'll work directly with clients and government portals to move applications from submission to approval.

Key Responsibilities

Process DataFlow Primary Source Verification (PSV) applications, including follow-ups and report tracking

Prepare and submit DHA (Sheryan) and DOH (Abu Dhabi) licensing applications

Handle license activation steps once eligibility is issued

Collect, review, and organize client documents for completeness

Maintain accurate client records and application status trackers

Communicate with clients by email, phone, and WhatsApp on application progress

Handle general online and administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements

Hands-on experience with DataFlow verification and DHA and/or DOH licensing processes (mandatory)

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Very comfortable with online portals, email, and Google Workspace or MS Office

Good written and spoken English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus)

Organized and able to manage multiple applications at once

Preferred

Experience at a healthcare consultancy, recruitment agency, or hospital HR/licensing department

Familiarity with MOHAP licensing
