Key responsibilities
- Handle business and product licensing, including OSS, SNI, K3L, MKG, Halal, and other relevant permits
- Coordinate licensing processes with BKPM/Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, and other government institutions
- Monitor license applications, renewals, and regulatory documentation
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential licensing records
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and licensing follow-ups
About you
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in licensing or regulatory administration
- Experience dealing with government institutions and licensing processes
- Good administrative, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
