JOB DESCRIPTION

The Licensing Coordinator will assist in managing the daily licensing submissions and feedback with major sports and entertainment licenses, while learning everything to know about the sports license’s products and job.

LICENSING COORDINATOR JOB DUTIES

· Submit artwork on multiple licensing platforms for major professional sports leagues, colleges, universities and entertainment properties.

· Ensure compliance of all licensing standards by working directly with FOCO Design team.

· Follow up with Design department on upcoming and outstanding projects.

· Manage and organize all feedback provided by the licensors and present them to the Design and Production departments.

· Assist in obtaining new product rights.

· Work in conjunction with Royalties Reporting Analyst to audit monthly royalty reports

LICENSING COORDINATOR JOB REQUIRMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Knowledge of primary sports is a plus

· Possible international travel required

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office

· Design sense and typography skills

· Ability to conceptualize and develop ideas

· Able to be part of a community and work in a team environment

· Open to taking direction and being receptive in receiving critics
