• Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, import and export classification, free trade agreement and training skills.

• Proficient at multi-tasking, well organized and reliable for consistent decision making and follow through.
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and practical solutions to solve complex logistics and impact of current and potential regulatory compliance issues.
• Ability to manage and drive change.
• Experience in Supply Chain Security Program.

Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

• Dar seguimiento de los procesos de embarque y transporte desde su lugar de origen hasta su destino final, asegurando su correcta recepción, verificando el cumplimiento de los programas, regulaciones y legislaciones en materia de comercio exterior y aduanas.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

• Experiencia en obtención y administración de programas FAST, C-TPAT y NEEC.
• Experiencia avanzada en clasificación arancelaria y códigos de clasificación ante la aduana.
• Alta habilidad de negociación y obtención de resultados bajo presión.
