What they need
- Atuar diariamente, como adjunto do gerente ou, na sua ausência, orientando e supervisionando as atividades operacionais, administrativas e comerciais da loja;
- Verificação das escalas de organização da loja;
- Verificação das documentações recebidas em loja, devendo encaminhar imediatamente ao seu gestor e assim encaminhar nos prazos estipulados aos seus devidos departamentos;
- Abrir ou fechar a loja;
- Auxiliar e acompanhar o fechamento de caixas;
- Acompanhar a rotina dos colaboradores na área de vendas;
- Acompanhamento de indicadores de metas estipuladas aos colaboradores;
